Can I visit the Guildford office?
Yes. Our Surrey branch is at Units A-J, Austen House, Station View, Guildford GU1 4AR, beside Guildford railway station. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please call ahead so the right person is there to meet you. Most families prefer to start with a phone call or a home visit, which we can arrange across Surrey.
Which areas does the Guildford branch cover?
The branch arranges live-in care across Surrey, including Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Reigate and Redhill, Farnham, Camberley, Dorking, Weybridge and the villages around them. We also cover Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex. If you are just outside these areas, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

How much does live-in care cost in Surrey?
Live-in care starts from £1,090 a week paid to the carer, plus our weekly agency fee of £250, and a one-off £250 registration fee. We confirm the exact cost after a free call about your loved one's needs.
