Stuart founded Medicare People in January 2025 and leads the company's strategy and day-to-day direction, from business development and marketing to compliance and operations. Before starting Medicare People, he helped lead two of the UK's top technology and marketing businesses, working closely with healthcare providers and NHS trusts. That experience showed him where families and care providers most need support, and shaped his vision for a trusted, caring live-in care service. Stuart holds an Economics degree from Loughborough University and lives in Surrey with his family.

Justyna is an experienced health and social care professional with more than twenty years in home care, supported living, residential and complex care services. She holds a Level 7 Master Diploma in Healthcare Management and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care. Justyna has led care teams, driven quality improvements and overseen safeguarding, always with a focus on safe, high-quality care. Families value her calm, reassuring approach and the care she takes to get every detail right.

Hayley manages compliance at Medicare People, making sure every candidate is safe, suitable and fully checked before they're placed. She looks after recruitment and screening, coordinates interviews and guides new candidates through onboarding, from verifying documents and references to arranging DBS checks and keeping records up to date. With a background in healthcare recruitment, travel and hospitality, Hayley brings a friendly, organised approach and a sharp eye for detail. Candidates appreciate her clear communication and the support she gives at every step.

Virana is a healthcare recruitment specialist with extensive experience in UK healthcare staffing and international recruitment. She guides candidates through every step, from first conversation and compliance checks to finding the right role, and puts real care into making the process clear, supportive and positive. Organised, approachable and a natural communicator, Virana builds lasting relationships with candidates and partners alike. She's passionate about helping people find work they love, and helping organisations build reliable, high-quality teams.

Sizan leads business development and account management at Medicare People. She builds new relationships with care providers and organisations, getting to know what each one needs before shaping a staffing or recruitment solution that fits. Once a partnership is up and running, Sizan stays closely involved, keeping communication clear and making sure every account gets the same consistent, attentive approach.
