What you'll do

Provide person-centred support in clients' homes
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
Support mobility and moving and handling requirements
Prepare meals, snacks and drinks
Ensure medication is administered correctly
Help with household chores and laundry
Support clients with errands and appointments
Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home

What you'll bring

Previous professional care experience is preferred
A caring, patient and compassionate nature
Confidence working independently within a client's home
Strong communication and listening skills
The ability to adapt to different clients and care needs
Reliability and a professional attitude
A commitment to delivering person-centred care
Experience supporting people with daily living activities
Right to work in the UK
Medication administration experience is desirable
Live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
