Stuart Wells is Founder and Managing Director of Medicare People. Stuart is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and operational delivery of the organisation, overseeing our care services, healthcare staffing solutions, quality standards, compliance framework and ongoing investment in technology and innovation.

With a background in healthcare, digital transformation and business leadership, Stuart founded Medicare People with a vision to build a healthcare organisation that combines exceptional people, strong governance and outstanding service. Prior to founding Medicare People, Stuart was Managing Director of Avenue Digital, a digital marketing and development agency specialising in the healthcare and live-in care sectors.

Stuart holds a degree in Economics from Loughborough University and lives in Surrey with his wife and two children.

Justyna Hojka is Care Manager at Medicare People. Justyna is responsible for the leadership, quality and operational delivery of our care services, overseeing care assessments, care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance and the ongoing development of our care professionals and support teams.

With more than 20 years' experience in health and social care, Justyna has held a variety of frontline and leadership positions, including roles with leading care providers such as Helping Hands, Barchester, and Care UK. Throughout her career, she has successfully led regulated services, maintained strong compliance standards and supported teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Justyna lives in Sussex with her husband and their two children.
