About Our Live-In Care Service
Our live-in care service is run from our Guildford branch. We help families across Surrey, Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex arrange a carer who lives in the home, so the person they love can stay where they feel most comfortable.
A Local Team in Guildford
Our live-in care team works from our branch at Units A-J, Austen House, Station View, Guildford, GU1 4AR, and families are welcome to meet us there by appointment. We arrange live-in care in towns and villages across Surrey, Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex.
When you call, you’ll speak to someone who knows the area and will talk you through your options honestly, including whether live-in care is the right choice for your family. You can meet the team before you get in touch.
Two Ways We Can Help
Introductory live-in care
We find, vet and introduce a self-employed carer who works directly with you, so you agree the day-to-day arrangement together. We stay in touch afterwards and help arrange cover when your carer takes a break, or a new carer if your needs change. As an introductory service, this does not require CQC registration.
Managed live-in care
For people who want more support behind the scenes, managed live-in care adds care planning, carer supervision and regular reviews as needs change. We have applied for CQC registration for this service and will offer it once registration is confirmed.

How We Choose and Match Your Carer
Every live-in carer we introduce goes through our full selection process, including:
- An interview focused on experience, values and communication
- Enhanced DBS, right-to-work and ID checks
- References and a full employment history
- Up-to-date mandatory training, plus extra checks on living and working alone in someone’s home
We then match carers on more than availability. We look at care needs, daily routines, personality and interests, so the person receiving care feels comfortable from the first day. If a match isn’t working, we’ll help you find someone who is a better fit.

Our introductory live-in care service does not require CQC registration, because the carer is self-employed and works directly with you. We have applied for CQC registration for our managed live-in care service and will update this page once it is confirmed.
