As a Live-in Carer (Self Employed) in Surrey, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's needs, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication prompts, and assistance with daily routines. We offer flexible placements to suit a range of lifestyles and levels of experience, along with ongoing support from our friendly care team.

With placements available across Surrey and surrounding areas, we'll work closely with you to find opportunities that match your skills and preferences.

We are currently recruiting Live-in Carers on a self-employed basis for our introductory care service.

What you'll do

• Deliver personalised care and support at home
• Assist with washing, dressing and personal care routines
• Provide companionship and reduce feelings of loneliness
• Help clients move around safely
• Prepare meals and encourage regular hydration
• Administer medication according to care plans
• Support household tasks and laundry
• Help with shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
• Maintain detailed and accurate care records
• Work alongside families and other professionals
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence

What you'll bring

• Experience providing care or support to others
• A compassionate and patient nature
• Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
• Strong communication and people skills
• The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
• A commitment to delivering outstanding care
• Experience working independently
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience with medication support is desirable
• Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
