With placements available across Esher and surrounding areas, we'll work closely with you to find opportunities that match your skills and preferences.

We are currently recruiting Live-in Carers on a self-employed basis for our introductory care service.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
• Support mobility and moving and handling requirements
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks
• Ensure medication is administered correctly
• Help with household chores and laundry
• Support clients with errands and appointments
• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home

What you'll bring

• Previous professional care experience
• A friendly and caring attitude
• Confidence working within clients' homes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability and strong time management skills
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
• A flexible and positive approach to care
• A passion for helping people remain independent
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication administration experience is welcomed
• Health & Social Care qualifications are desirable but not essential
