As a self-employed Live-in Carer in Weybridge, you'll work closely with clients to deliver care that matches their individual needs and preferences. This could include personal care, mobility support, medication assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and day-to-day practical help.

We work with families throughout Weybridge and surrounding communities, creating opportunities for self-employed carers to secure live-in care placements.

What you'll do

• Deliver compassionate care in a home-based setting
• Support washing, dressing and personal grooming
• Encourage independence wherever possible
• Provide companionship and help reduce loneliness
• Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home
• Prepare meals and support healthy eating habits
• Administer medication safely
• Keep the home clean, tidy and safe
• Help with shopping and collecting essentials
• Record important information in care notes
• Report changes in wellbeing promptly
• Work as part of a wider care and support network

What you'll bring

• Previous professional care experience is preferred
• A caring, patient and compassionate nature
• Confidence working independently within a client's home
• Strong communication and listening skills
• The ability to adapt to different clients and care needs
• Reliability and a professional attitude
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care
• Experience supporting people with daily living activities
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication administration experience is desirable
• Live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
