- Provide safe care to clients in their homes across Chatham

- Assist with washing, grooming, dressing and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and support hydration
- Administer medication properly
- Peg feeding
- Suctioning
- Days and possible nights
- Offer companionship and emotional comfort
- Keep the home tidy and safe
- Identify changes in wellbeing and escalate concerns
- Work with relatives and professionals
- Maintain clear and detailed notes

What you'll bring
- At least six months’ UK experience working as a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
- Empathy, patience and a genuinely caring approach
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Dependable and confident working alone
- Skilled in supporting individuals with diverse live‑in care requirements
- Dedicated to high‑quality, person‑centred care
- Live‑in or specialist care experience is a bonus
