Requirements:
- Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with experience working in a school
- Experience with children with severe (SLD) and complex/multiple learning needs
- A practical PMVA valid certificate is required

What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within healthcare settings
- Support dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support nutrition, hydration, and daily routines
- Administer medication safely in line with training and care plans
- Monitor observations and report changes in condition
- Support simple clinical tasks where required and trained
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work with families and healthcare professional
- Keep clear, accurate, and up-to-date care records
- Build positive relationships with those you support
