Experience with:
- Cerebral palsy
- Dystonia
- Oral suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
- Tracheostomy trained

  • Promote dignity and independence
  • Support personal care needs

  • Administer medication safely
  • Record vital signs and updates
  • Perform ECG monitoring
  • Support dressings and skin care
  • Assist with blood tests (phlebotomy)
  • Carry out Doppler checks
  • Support B12 injections when trained

  • Report health concerns
  • Work closely with nurses
  • Complete accurate care records

What you'll bring 

  • 6+ months UK experience as a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in a care home or nursing setting
  • A calm, patient and caring approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and able to work autonomously
  • Confidence supporting complex and high-dependency needs
  • Commitment to safe, person-centred care
  • Experience in complex care settings advantageous
  • Tracheostomy care trained
  • Ventilator support experience
  • PEG feeding trained
