Requirements:

- We're looking for experienced HCA to support children and adults with complex care needs
- Females only

Experience with any of the following is desirable:
- Brain injury
- Epilepsy
- Learning disabilities
- Complex physical disabilities
- Experience supporting clients from 2 years of age through to adulthood is an advantage.
- Previous complex care experience is essential.
- Available for 35 hours a week days and night shifts

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within healthcare settings
  • Support dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Support nutrition, hydration, and daily routines
  • Administer medication safely in line with training and care plans
  • Monitor observations and report changes in condition
  • Support simple clinical tasks where required and trained
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Work with families and healthcare professional
  • Keep clear, accurate, and up-to-date care records
  • Build positive relationships with those you support

What you'll bring

  • At least 6 months’ experience working in a UK care environment
  • A caring, patient, and supportive nature
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

  • Ability to follow care plans and guidance
  • Awareness of safeguarding and safety
