What you'll do
- Deliver safe and personalised home‑based care as a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
- Help people across Sevenoaks maintain dignity and independence
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
- Peg feeding
- Suctioning
- Days and possible nights
- Prepare healthy meals and ensure good fluid intake
- Follow care plans for medication administration
- Offer conversation, reassurance and company
- Keep the home tidy and comfortable
- Record observations and escalate concerns when needed
- Work in partnership with families and other professionals
- Maintain up‑to‑date live-in care documentation
