What you'll do

Provide decisive shift leadership; ensure person‑centred plans are delivered and outcomes measured

Administer and reconcile medication with full MAR/eMAR accuracy; report discrepancies immediately

Continually assess residents; recognise early signs of deterioration; escalate per protocol

Reliable, autonomous and able to prioritise safely

Confident across varied care needs within a care setting
