- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
- Tracheostomy trained

  • Provide hands-on complex care

  • Help with meals and fluids
  • Administer prescribed medication
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Perform ECG monitoring
  • Support basic wound care
  • Carry out blood draws (phlebotomy)
  • Complete Doppler assessments
  • Support B12 injections (where trained)
  • Offer emotional support
  • Maintain a safe care environment
  • Escalate concerns quickly
  • Communicate with clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation

What you'll bring

  • 6 months+ UK experience in a similar Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role
  • A calm, caring and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Confidence with complex care tasks and support
  • Dedication to high standards of care
  • Experience with complex or clinical care preferred
  • Tracheostomy trained
  • Ventilation trained
  • PEG feeding trained
