We're looking for warm, caring, and professional Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Pulborough who are passionate about helping others live independently at home. In your role as a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Pulborough, you'll support clients with everyday activities, personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and household tasks. Your support will help them remain safe, comfortable, and confident in familiar surroundings.

What you'll do

Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs
Provide companionship and build trusted relationships
Assist with personal care and daily routines
Support safe mobility and moving and handling
Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day
Administer medication according to care plans
Assist with housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
Support clients with shopping and prescription collection
Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing
Work alongside families and healthcare professionals
Keep care documentation accurate and up to date
Help clients maintain dignity, independence and choice

What you'll bring

At least 6 months' experience working in UK care
A patient and compassionate attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working on your own and using your initiative
Experience supporting people to remain independent
Reliability and a positive work ethic
The ability to adapt to different clients and care needs
A passion for providing outstanding care
Right to work in the UK
Medication administration experience is welcomed
Health & Social Care qualifications are beneficial but not required
