About the Female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Reading
This flexible Female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job covers residential care, nursing homes, and supported living in Reading.
You’ll provide practical assistance with daily living, support mobility with the right equipment, encourage engagement in activities, and uphold dignity at every step, working within clear care plans and supportive, multidisciplinary teams.
Build consistent relationships while tailoring your rota, days, nights, weekends, and block bookings available. Fast‑track onboarding available; potential start within 48 hours (subject to compliance).
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ care experience
Experience with complex care is preferred
- Tracheostomy
- Nebulisation
- Suctioning
- Cough Assist
- Oxygen Therapy
- Epilepsy
- Enteral feeding
- Medication administration via PEG
