In your role as a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Leighton Buzzard, you’ll support residents living with complex care needs in residential and nursing homes.

- Females
- Minimum 12 months complex care experience
Trained in the following:
- Tracheostomy
- Nebulisation
- Suctioning
- Cough Assist
- Oxygen Therapy
- Epilepsy

What you'll do
- Deliver hands-on complex care
- Support independence and comfort
- Assist with hygiene and personal care
- Support mobility and repositioning

- Record vital signs and updates
- Conduct ECG monitoring
- Assist with wound management
- Carry out blood sampling
- Perform Doppler observations
- Support B12 injections when trained
- Provide emotional support
- Maintain safe care settings
