What you'll bring 

  • At least 6 months’ UK experience in a care home or nursing home setting
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of dignity and respect in care environments
  • Ability to follow care plans accurately
