About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Dunmow
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Dunmow, you’ll be part of a dedicated team helping adults live independently at home by delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
You’ll support people with day‑to‑day tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation and medication routines, while also offering companionship that can transform someone’s day.

What you'll bring
- At least 6 months UK Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience in a private home
- Valid UK driving licence
- Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and comfortable working independently
- Confident supporting multiple care needs in a private client's home
- Passionate about person‑centred, dignified support
