What you'll do

  • Provide decisive shift leadership; ensure person‑centred plans are delivered and outcomes measured
  • Administer and reconcile medication with full MAR/eMAR accuracy; report discrepancies immediately
  • Continually assess residents; recognise early signs of deterioration; escalate per protocol

  • Confident supporting varying acuity and needs on the floor
  • Person‑centred, high‑quality care ethos
  • Experience of complex care preferred but not essential
