About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Bath
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Bath , you’ll bring compassionate, hands‑on support to adults across residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living.
You’ll help people live safely and comfortably, following clear care plans while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. From daily living and mobility support to meaningful engagement and companionship, your contribution will make each day more manageable and more personal.
You can build a rota that fits around your life, days, nights, weekends, and block bookings, while working with supportive, well‑structured teams who value continuity of care.

Experience working in a GP surgery / primary care setting including:
- Phlebotomy
- ECG recording
- NHS Health Checks
- Patient-facing and clinical support experience in a GP environment
