As a self-employed Live-in Carer in Littlehampton, you'll support clients with the everyday tasks that enable them to remain comfortable and independent. Responsibilities may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication support, mobility assistance, and household duties.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one care within the client's home
• Support clients with personal care and hygiene needs
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration
• Administer and record medication as required
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Complete important errands when needed
• Monitor wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate daily care records
• Communicate effectively with families and professionals
• Promote independence and improve quality of life

What you'll bring

• Experience providing care or support to others
• A compassionate and patient nature
• Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
• Strong communication and people skills
• The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
• A commitment to delivering outstanding care
• Experience working independently
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience with medication support is desirable
• Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
