About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Bicester
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Bicester, you’ll bring compassionate, hands‑on support to adults across residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living.
You’ll help people live safely and comfortably, following clear care plans while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. From daily living and mobility support to meaningful engagement and companionship, your contribution will make each day more manageable and more personal.

Essential requirements:
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship )
✅ Ideally qualified (Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent) or working towards
✅ Experience within children’s residential care
✅ Flexibility to work shifts, including long days and sleep-ins
