About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Bognor Regis
Step into a rewarding Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role serving residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living across Bognor Regis.
You’ll deliver person‑centred support to adults with age‑related needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions, helping them maintain routines, build confidence, and feel at home.
You’ll join nurse‑led and experienced teams, contribute to safe, high‑quality care, and choose days, nights, weekends, or regular block bookings to suit your schedule. Fast‑track checks mean you could start within 48 hours (subject to compliance).

What you'll do
