What you'll do

Provide decisive shift leadership; ensure person‑centred plans are delivered and outcomes measured

Administer and reconcile medication with full MAR/eMAR accuracy; report discrepancies immediately

Continually assess residents; recognise early signs of deterioration; escalate per protocol

Excellent verbal and written communication with MDTs and families

Dependable, autonomous, able to triage priorities and follow protocols

Confident supporting older adults, dementia, rehab, palliative and routine clinical tasks

Person‑centred, outcomes‑focused approach to care

Specialist/complex care exposure (e.g., PEG, trache, syringe driver) welcomed
