What you'll do

  • Provide decisive shift leadership; ensure person‑centred plans are delivered and outcomes measured
  • Administer and reconcile medication with full MAR/eMAR accuracy; report discrepancies immediately
  • Continually assess residents; recognise early signs of deterioration; escalate per protocol

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with MDTs and families
  • Dependable, autonomous, able to triage priorities and follow protocols
  • Confident supporting older adults, dementia, rehab, palliative and routine clinical tasks
  • Person‑centred, outcomes‑focused approach to care
  • Specialist/complex care exposure (e.g., PEG, trache, syringe driver) welcomed
