Working as a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Surrey, you'll support clients with a variety of care needs while building trusted, meaningful relationships. You may assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility support, and other aspects of everyday living.

- Valid driving license
- Experience with spinal cord and brain injury clients
- Experience with bowel management (manual bowel stimulation and evacuation) and an awareness of Autonomic Dysreflexia

What you'll do

• Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs
• Provide companionship and build trusted relationships
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Support safe mobility and moving and handling
• Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day
• Administer medication according to care plans
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
• Support clients with shopping and prescription collection
• Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing
• Work alongside families and healthcare professionals
• Keep care documentation accurate and up to date
• Help clients maintain dignity, independence and choice

What you'll bring

• Previous experience working in a care environment

• Right to work in the UK
• Medication experience is desirable
• Live-in care experience is beneficial but not required
