About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Waterlooville
Step into a rewarding Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role serving residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living across Waterlooville.
You’ll deliver person‑centred support to adults with age‑related needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions, helping them maintain routines, build confidence, and feel at home.
You’ll join nurse‑led and experienced teams, contribute to safe, high‑quality care, and choose days, nights, weekends, or regular block bookings to suit your schedule. Fast‑track checks mean you could start within 48 hours (subject to compliance).
- Supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments
- available for a minimum of 36 hours per week
