As a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Tonbridge, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's needs, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication prompts, and assistance with daily routines. Every day brings the chance to make a meaningful and lasting difference.
We offer flexible placements to suit a range of lifestyles and levels of experience, along with ongoing support from our friendly care team.
With placements available across Tonbridge and surrounding areas, we'll work closely with you to find opportunities that match your skills and preferences.

What you'll do
- Provide one-to-one care within the client's home
- Support clients with personal care and hygiene needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration
- Administer and record medication as required
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Complete important errands when needed
- Monitor wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate daily care records
- Communicate effectively with families and professionals
- Promote independence and improve quality of life
What you'll bring
- Experience providing care or support to others
- A compassionate and patient nature
- Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- A commitment to delivering outstanding care
- Experience working independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with medication support is desirable
- Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
