What you'll do

  • Keep accurate, timely records; lead structured handovers
  • Lead person‑centred care delivery; set shift priorities
  • Monitor clinical changes; escalate promptly
  • Administer and double‑check meds (MAR/eMAR)
  • Maintain IPC and environmental safety
  • Support personal care and safe mobility
