About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) job in Sittingbourne

Additional requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, ideally within a hospice, palliative care, hospital, or complex care setting.
- Experience supporting patients with end-of-life and palliative care.
