What you'll do

Support clients to live independently in their own homes
Provide high-quality person-centred care
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
Help with mobility and everyday activities
Prepare meals and support healthy hydration
Administer medication safely and accurately
Help maintain a clean, comfortable home environment
Complete shopping and other essential errands
Monitor changes in wellbeing and report concerns
Maintain clear and accurate care notes
Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

What you'll bring

Experience providing care or support to others
A compassionate and patient nature
Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
Strong communication and people skills
The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
A commitment to delivering outstanding care
Experience working independently
Right to work in the UK
Experience with medication support is desirable
Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
