What you'll do

  • Support clients to live independently in their own homes
  • Provide high-quality person-centred care
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
  • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Help with mobility and everyday activities
  • Prepare meals and support healthy hydration
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable home environment
  • Complete shopping and other essential errands
  • Monitor changes in wellbeing and report concerns
  • Maintain clear and accurate care notes
  • Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
  • A caring, kind and compassionate nature
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Confidence working independently within a client's home
  • Experience supporting individuals with a range of care needs
  • A reliable and professional approach
  • Flexibility to travel for placements
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience administering medication is desirable
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
