What you'll do

Support clients to remain independent in their own homes
Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Assist with washing, dressing and personal care
Offer companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility and daily routines
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Administer medication safely and accurately
Support with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Complete shopping and other essential errands
Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
Keep accurate care records
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

What you'll bring

At least 6 months of UK care experience
A kind, caring and compassionate personality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence working within clients' homes
The ability to build positive relationships with clients and families
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Flexibility to travel and work in different locations
A commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
Right to work in the UK
Experience administering medication is desirable
Live-in care experience is beneficial but not required
