What you'll do

Encourage independence wherever possible
Provide companionship and help reduce loneliness
Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home

Keep the home clean, tidy and safe
Help with shopping and collecting essentials
Record important information in care notes
Report changes in wellbeing promptly
Work as part of a wider care and support network

Previous experience working in a care environment
