What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality live-in care within clients' homes
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Support personal care and grooming routines
- Assist with mobility and moving around the home
- Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day
- Provide companionship and reassurance
- Administer medication in line with care plans
- Help keep the home clean, safe and comfortable
- Support with shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Monitor health and wellbeing
- Maintain clear and accurate care notes
- Work as part of a wider care team
What you'll bring
- Experience providing care or support to others
- A compassionate and patient nature
- Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations

- A commitment to delivering outstanding care
- Experience working independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with medication support is desirable
- Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
