About the Live-in Carer job in Kent
At Medicare People, we're seeking dedicated Live-in Carer in Kent to deliver compassionate live-in care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for caring professionals who enjoy providing personalised support and helping people maintain their independence.
As a Live-in Carer working in Kent, you'll provide tailored assistance based on each client's unique requirements. Responsibilities may include personal care, preparing meals, offering companionship, supporting social activities, and helping with everyday routines.

What you'll do
- Deliver personalised care and support at home
- Assist with washing, dressing and personal care routines
- Provide companionship and reduce feelings of loneliness
- Help clients move around safely
- Prepare meals and encourage regular hydration
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Support household tasks and laundry
- Help with shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
- Maintain detailed and accurate care records
- Work alongside families and other professionals
- Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence
What you'll bring

- Previous care experience is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
