About the Live-in Carer job in Redhill
We're looking for warm, caring, and professional Live-in Carer in Redhill who are passionate about helping others live independently at home. Working in live-in care gives you the opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support while building genuine relationships with the people you care for.
In your role as a Live-in Carer in Redhill, you'll support clients with everyday activities, personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and household tasks. Your support will help them remain safe, comfortable, and confident in familiar surroundings.

What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality live-in care within clients' homes
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Support personal care and grooming routines
- Assist with mobility and moving around the home
- Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day
- Provide companionship and reassurance
- Administer medication in line with care plans
- Help keep the home clean, safe and comfortable
- Support with shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Monitor health and wellbeing
- Maintain clear and accurate care notes
- Work as part of a wider care team
What you'll bring
- Experience providing care or support to others
- A compassionate and patient nature
- Confidence supporting clients on a one-to-one basis
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- A commitment to delivering outstanding care
- Experience working independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with medication support is desirable
- Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
