To maintain the carer's wellbeing and ability to perform their role effectively, your dedicated Care Consultant will monitor the frequency of night calls. If you require more consistent support during the night, a second carer can be arranged to provide a waking night package, ensuring uninterrupted care and peace of mind.

Our introductory service connects you with a self-employed carer, carefully matched to your needs. While we provide initial support, the ongoing oversight and management of care are handled by a nominated family member or representative. This option offers greater flexibility for families who wish to take an active role in care management.

Fully Managed Live-In Care
Our fully managed service ensures comprehensive, professional care, overseen by a dedicated Care Consultant local to you. They provide ongoing guidance, management and support for clients, their families and our care team. With 24/7 emergency assistance available, this service offers complete peace of mind. It is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, ensuring the highest standards of care. We are proud to be rated a ‘Good’ service by the CQC.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your carer, we will act swiftly to address your concerns and arrange an alternative carer who better suits your needs. Our priority is maintaining continuity of care, ensuring a smooth transition while we facilitate the change. Your comfort and peace of mind always come first.

Our carers are fully trained to handle emergencies, ensuring swift action to keep you safe. They will contact emergency services, notify family members and follow agreed protocols to provide the necessary support.

If you are using our introductory live-in care service, your appointed family member or representative will be contacted in an emergency, as ongoing care management is handled independently.

For those receiving our managed live-in care service, you have access to round-the-clock support from a dedicated Care Consultant local to you, alongside our office-based team. This ensures you have expert assistance whenever needed.

The type of care you need depends entirely on your individual health and support requirements. If you require assistance with medical procedures that a professional carer cannot provide, such as injections, PEG feeds or tracheostomy care, then our live-in nursing service would be the most suitable option.

With our introductory live-in care service, we carefully recruit and introduce a trained self-employed carer to support you at home. The weekly fee for their services is agreed directly between you and your carer. After registering for this service, we can provide a guide to help you understand the expected weekly cost of care.

While this service offers a more cost-effective alternative to fully managed care, there are additional costs to consider:

• A weekly agency fee of £252, invoiced directly to you. This covers carer recruitment, selection, specialist training, ongoing development and emergency out-of-hours support.

• You will need to cover your carer’s travel costs from their home to yours and back again.

• A one-off registration fee of £250 is payable when joining the service.

We ensure that every carer introduced to you meets our high standards, so you can feel confident in receiving professional, compassionate care in the comfort of your home.

Depending on your financial and health circumstances, there may be financial support available to help cover the cost of live-in care. This can include local authority funding or NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, provided by your Integrated Care Board (ICB), formerly known as a Clinical Commissioning Group.
