What you'll do

Maintain a clean, safe, IPC‑compliant environment
Monitor clinical changes; escalate to clinicians promptly
Lead person‑centred care and set shift priorities

What you'll bring

At least 12 months’ UK practice as a Nurse within a care home or clinical facility
NMC‑registered with a valid PIN; evidence of ongoing CPD desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication with MDTs and families
Dependable, autonomous, able to triage priorities and follow protocols
Confident supporting older adults, dementia, rehab, palliative and routine clinical tasks
Person‑centred, outcomes‑focused approach to care
Specialist/complex care exposure (e.g., PEG, trache, syringe driver) welcomed
