As a Domiciliary Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) supporting individuals across Beaconsfield, you’ll deliver home‑based care designed around each client’s assessed needs. Working from detailed care plans, you’ll provide personal care, assistance with mobility and manual handling, meal preparation, hydration support, medication tasks, and meaningful emotional engagement. Your role contributes directly to maintaining safety, dignity, autonomy and overall wellbeing.

You will have the flexibility to design a working pattern that suits your availability, including days, nights, weekends and extended block shifts. This flexibility is supported by a structured care coordination team that prioritises continuity, quality and clear communication.

With our accelerated onboarding process, your start date can be as soon as 48 hours (subject to compliance requirements).

  • Proven 6+ months UK Domiciliary Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience
  • Valid UK driving licence

  • Background in specialist or enhanced‑needs care is beneficial
