What you'll do

Lead the delivery of person‑centred care and uphold dignity, choice and independence
- Suitable for those looking for Senior Carer jobs in Bristol

Supervise personal care and safe mobility, using correct moving & handling

Oversee meals, hydration and nutrition, prompting and monitoring as needed

Administer medication safely within competency (MAR/eMAR)

Provide companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift

Maintain a clean, safe, IPC‑compliant environment

Observe, document and escalate any changes in health promptly

Work in partnership with families and professionals for continuity of care

Keep clear, timely records and lead handovers

Coach and mentor junior carers to consistent standards
What you'll bring
- At least 6 months of UK Senior Carer work in residential or nursing care
- Warm, empathetic and respectful attitude
- Confident communicator
- Reliable with a proactive mindset
- Able to support residents with diverse physical and emotional needs
- Dedicated to delivering person‑centred and dignified care
- Experience in dementia, complex care or additional needs preferred
