Most Live‑In Care jobs work a rotation such as two weeks on, two weeks off, but patterns can vary. You’ll be able to discuss your availability, preferences, and working style, and we’ll match you with placements that suit your lifestyle.

Yes. Medicare People provides ongoing guidance and regular check‑ins to make sure you feel supported throughout your placement. Our care team is always available if you have concerns, need advice, or want help navigating a situation during your assignment.

You’ll be asked to provide your ID, right‑to‑work documents, proof of address, references, training certificates, and a valid DBS check. These documents are uploaded to Sync, our secure platform, during the onboarding process.

Yes. As a Live‑In Care carer, you are entitled to daily breaks and rest periods. We ensure your rota and placement structure are compliant and that you have time to rest, recharge, and maintain your own wellbeing.

Once approved, you’ll receive job offers directly through our Sync platform. You can browse available placements, learn about the client, and easily choose to accept or decline roles depending on your availability and preferences.
