We carry out thorough screening, compliance checks, and interviews to make sure each candidate is prepared to deliver safe, high‑quality care from day one.

  • 1. Job Posting & Reach

    We create a clear, detailed job advert based on your requirements and publish it on our bespoke job board. From there, your vacancy is shared across leading healthcare job platforms to attract high‑quality candidates. This ensures strong visibility and helps us quickly build a shortlist of applicants with the right skills, experience, and values for your service.

  • 2. Application Review

    Our candidate sourcing team carefully reviews every application we receive. We shortlist only those who match your job specification, including experience, qualifications, and care values. By filtering thoroughly at this stage, we ensure that the candidates progressing to the next steps are well‑suited to the role and prepared for a career in healthcare.

  • 3. Candidate Onboarding in Sync

    Shortlisted candidates are invited to create their own profile on Sync, our bespoke onboarding platform. Here, they upload essential compliance documents and complete key information needed to progress. Sync guides candidates step‑by‑step, ensuring they know exactly what to provide while giving our team everything required to move them through the process efficiently.

  • 4. Compliance Verification

    Our compliance team begins verifying documents as they’re uploaded in Sync. This includes identity checks, right‑to‑work evidence, enhanced DBS, references, qualifications, mandatory training, and occupational health requirements. We carry out thorough industry‑standard checks to ensure every candidate is fully compliant and safe to work before advancing to the interview stage.

  • 5. Interviews & Final Checks

    Once compliance is complete, candidates attend a pre‑screen interview to confirm their suitability, communication skills, and care experience. They then complete a final occupational health assessment. After passing these checks, we issue their ID badge and scrubs (if required), ensuring they are fully equipped and ready to begin work.

  • 6. Ready to Work via Sync

    After approval, candidates gain full access to shifts through Sync. They can apply for jobs, manage their availability, view bookings, and maintain ongoing compliance records from their phone. Sync also provides access to CPD and training updates, supporting continuous development and ensuring they remain fully compliant throughout their employment.
